We manage and pay all required city taxes, maintain your short-term rental permits, and keep your property compliant with local regulations. Full vendor coordination (cleaners, handymen, specialists) is included.
What about property damage?
We document damage, report it to Airbnb or your damage protection provider, and pursue full reimbursement. Guests cover deductibles. If someone throws an unauthorized party, we dispatch professional security immediately through our direct partnership.
Do you furnish and style properties?
Yes. We design, furnish, and refresh your property with professional photography, ongoing quality checks, and local business partnerships for guest perks. One-time setup fee of $795 for condos or $995 for houses, then we earn together.
How do you keep guests happy?
Every guest gets proactive pre-arrival communication, a unique electronic door code, a signed rental agreement, mid-stay check-ins, and departure instructions. We handle special requests, enforce house rules, and follow up for five-star reviews.
