Before You Arrive (or Before We Take Over)
Guests get proactive pre-arrival messages, a unique door code, and a signed rental agreement. Owners get a full property assessment, professional photography, furnishing guidance, and listings live across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and our direct site.
While You're Here (or While We're Managing)
Guests have a 24/7 hotline that reaches a real person for lockouts, questions, or anything in between. Owners get dynamic pricing, calendar management, mid-stay quality checks, and vendor coordination handled without a single call from you.
After Checkout (or Month After Month)
Guests get a follow-up message and a smooth departure. Owners get detailed reporting, damage claim recovery (100% goes to you), restocking, cleaning coordination paid by guest fees, and ongoing compliance management. We earn when you earn.
Questions about the team
Who do I contact if something goes wrong during my stay?
Every guest and owner has access to our 24/7 hotline. You'll reach a real person on the Luxanto team, not a call center. Leaks, lockouts, noise complaints, we handle it before you have to think about it.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes. Every owner gets a direct line to their property manager. Guests are supported by whichever team member is on shift, but our internal notes mean anyone who picks up already knows your property and your stay details.
Where is the team based?
Our core team operates out of Henderson, NV at 10075 S Eastern Ave, Suite 103. We manage properties across Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno/Lake Tahoe, and Hoboken, NJ, all coordinated from our local base.
How fast does the team respond?
During business hours, most messages get a reply within minutes. After hours, our monitoring team watches noise alerts and security systems around the clock and dispatches help immediately when needed.
Do you handle maintenance and vendors directly?
Yes. Felix and the maintenance team coordinate all vendor work: cleaners, handymen, specialists, locksmiths. Owners never need to find or manage a contractor. We know the local crews personally and hold them to our standards.
